What about when you moved for your summer internship? Or new job? We’ve had enough of the housing madness! In this day in age, moving to a new city and finding housing shouldn’t require moving mountains.

What we do

We’re on a mission to banish the house-hunting headache for college students and young professionals on the go by creating the first secure global housing platform with furnished month-to-month rentals that gives you the flexibility to relocate anywhere, anytime. No more complicated rental applications, long-term leases or scams.

THE ROLE

I’m looking for a visionary growth guru to join the co-founding team and contribute to the expansion of Ezkie. I’m looking for someone who can turn an idea into a full-fledged solution and can build partnerships, convince organizations, negotiate roadblocks and do whatever it takes to make things happen. As co-founder, you will wear lots of different hats. Together, we will be responsible for the strategic planning and overall direction of the company, devising the marketing and growth strategy, launching our product/service in new universities, and recruiting and managing a top-notch team. We’ll work hand in hand and together, we’ll re-invent renting for the rent generation!


You need to be a rock star at marketing, developing relationships and hungry for hustle and innovation. I’m looking for someone with a background in business development, marketing, and/or an extended network of universities and real estate. If you thrive in uncertainty and are a natural leader, hustler and doer, this role is for you.



Responsibilities include

- Shaping and implementing the expansion strategy of the company - Building partnerships and managing relationships with new organizations to acquire more users and increase sales - Recruiting and managing the team to achieve and exceed objectives - Responding to customer inquiries, developing customer relationships, and closing bookings - Creating, implementing and optimizing campus ambassador program (define goals, monitor progress, and build efficiency processes)

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an amazing data-driven inbound marketing guru to increase site traffic, convert that traffic into leads, and turn those leads into customers.


Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy to increase lead generation through social media & hacking marketing activities
• Identify & implement best lead generation marketing practices & create innovative marketing activities
• Generate and grow leads by identifying qualified funnels online
• Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align strategies and implementation of new campaigns
• Define & manage marketing budget, identify advertising opportunities, and develop and implement marketing advertisement campaigns
• Monitor goals and results by evaluating traffic data. Assess results and improve efficiency of lead generation activities


Desired Skills & Experience

• You have amazing customer service skills: you can speak to prospects and customers in a friendly way, listen to their needs and communicate viable options for them. You’re understanding and can put yourself in the customer’s shoes to help them.
• You have exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills; you have a way with people. You will need to speak to customers about our service, the benefits we offer, how we compare to competitors, and answer any questions they might have.
• You’re persistent and don’t take no for an answer because if there’s a will, there’s a way. You also know not every potential customer is going to be sale and know when to move-on. Being able to bounce back if you cannot close a sale is key.
• You’re an operational mastermind, you’re hands-on, strategic, quick to action, self-motivated and results-oriented
• You have fantastic organizational and execution skills and high attention to detail

THE ROLE

Do you love writing? Are you social media addict? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? We're looking for a social media community intern manage our social media accounts by creating content and implementing strategies that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience. In short, you will be our brand guardian: you will be in charge of implementing and developing our marketing content and campaign strategy. Possibility to head towards becoming a Content Marketing Manager or a sponsored Ezkie Travel Blogger for the right candidate.


Responsibilities

• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and our blog
• Establish a strong and meaningful presence online by growing and engaging our target audience, including getting our audience to share their content and engage in conversations with us.
• Create and distribute shareable and insightful content that educates, entertains, engages and grows our audience. Publish new articles weekly and post and converse daily on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
• Market research: identify key social media influencers and build strong relationships with them. Explore new innovative ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target customers
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI to improve strategies
• Optimize content for search engines and lead generation
• Write & distribute suitable content for press release

• Prolific and talented content creator with dual-minded approach: excellent communicator and creative thinker with ability to use data to inform decisions, optimize and scale content marketing strategies

THE ROLE

We are looking for a growth guru with a business development background who can build partnerships, convince organizations, negotiate roadblocks and do whatever it takes to make things happen. You'll be on the front lines in growing the company by dealing directly with key players in the industry.‬ You should be a great relationship manager with the ability to sell, negotiate, and align our company goals with those of potential partners. Using these skills, you will build long-term relationships with quality partners in which both sides will mutually benefit from working together. Possibility to head towards becoming the Regional Expansion Manager within the next 6-12 months and oversee large scale market entries in new regions.


Responsibilities

• Market Research: build a key contact list of potential strategic partners and prioritize most promising business opportunities. Activities will include online research, field research, interviews, surveys and on-site visits.
• Partnership Development: build and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners in pursuit of growth opportunities, including lead and revenue generation. Activities will include cold calling and emailing, organizing and attending meetings to discuss strategic collaboration opportunities, handling external and internal communications and facilitating agreements with new partners.
• Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization; you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management. Establish efficient processes for engaging and vetting new partners while maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
